Numbers to 100 and Money in Mandarin
Once you know 1 to 10, the numbers up to 99 follow one simple pattern. Then you can ask prices and understand the answer.
The pattern
Say the tens digit, then 十, then the units digit. So 45 is 四十五 (sìshíwǔ): four, ten, five. My guide to numbers 1 to 10 covers the basics first.
